Meet Dr. Shaukat Chowdhari

Dr. Chowdhari is board certified in Anesthesiology with a sub-specialty certification in Pain Management. He completed his fellowship in Pain Management at the University of South Florida and has cared for patients across Tampa Bay for over 20 years.

His protocol ensures every patient receives treatment matched to their individual condition: medication management, interventional procedures, physical therapy and psychosocial care, all provided in his medical office and state-approved surgical facility.
